• Rates are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charge 
• Valid for a minimum booking of 4 nights for 2 persons 
• Extra child or adult rates apply in excess of 2 persons in a room 
  • Extra adult (12 years old and above): Php2,000 
  • Extra child (7 to 11 years old): Php1,000 
  • Extra child (6 years old and below): free-of-charge 
• Extra nightly room rates will apply for extended stays
• Advance reservation is required
• Rates are applicable for new bookings and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, discount, privilege, and loyalty programs
• Additional fees such as security deposit, environmental fees, etc., may apply. 
• Not valid for bookings of more than 10 rooms.
• Room reservation is non-refundable but rebookable within the travel period without penalty up to 22 days before check-in; subject to a 50% penalty for rebooking 8–21 days prior; and forfeited for rebooking 7 days or less before check-in
